HARGEYSA โ The Minister of Livestock Development and Rural Affairs today officially launched the Kobciye Program, a new initiative aimed at financing small-scale entrepreneurs to enhance their productivity and strengthen sustainable economic development.
The program is designed to empower small businesses by improving access to financial support, enabling entrepreneurs to expand their operations, increase production, and create more employment opportunities across the country.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, the Minister emphasized that the Kobciye Program reflects the government's commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, supporting rural livelihoods, and fostering inclusive economic growth through investment in small and emerging businesses.
