TAIPEI,Taiwan |The Director of Hargeisa General Hospital, Dr. Ahmedwali Dahir Hadi,and the Director General of the Somaliland Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmedzaki Mahmoud, participated in the African Asia Pacific Health Innovation & Global Partnership Summit held in Taipei, Taiwan.
The international summit brought together government leaders, healthcare experts, policymakers, and representatives of health institutions from across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific to discuss health innovation, global partnerships, healthcare system development, and strategies for strengthening cooperation between African and Asian nations.
The participation of the Somaliland delegation reflects the government's continued commitment to improving the country's healthcare services and expanding international partnerships that provide access to new knowledge, expertise, and opportunities to strengthen Somaliland's health system.
The summit is expected to foster valuable collaborations and practical outcomes that will contribute to enhancing the quality of healthcare services and improving public health and patient care across Somaliland.
